Prof. Dr. Fatih Aydoğan, İstanbul ili Üsküdar ilçesindeki Acıbadem Altunizade Hastanesi bünyesinde görev yapan bir genel cerrahi uzmanıdır. Tıp eğitimini 1999 yılında İstanbul Üniversitesi bünyesinde tamamlamıştır. Uzmanlık eğitimini 2005 yılında İstanbul Üniversitesi Cerrahpaşa Tıp Fakültesi Genel Cerrahi bünyesinde tamamlamıştır. Profesör akademik unvanına sahiptir. Kayıtta belirtilen başlıca ilgi alanları Onkolojik Cerrahi, Meme Kistleri-Taramaları, Enfeksiyonları (Mastit) ve Meme Ağrısı Tedavisi, Meme Kanseri, Meme Hastalıkları ve Erkeklerde Meme Kanseri başlıklarıdır. Kayıtta 116 adet tarihli bilimsel etkinlik kaydı bulunmaktadır; en güncel kayıt 2025 yılına aittir. Ayrıca Acıbadem Ataşehir Hastanesi bünyesinde de hasta kabul etmektedir.
