Prof. Dr. Azmi Hamzaoğlu, İstanbul ili Şişli ilçesindeki İstanbul Florence Nightingale Hastanesi bünyesinde görev yapan bir ortopedi ve travmatoloji uzmanıdır. Tıp eğitimini 1983 yılında İstanbul Üniversitesi İstanbul Tıp Fakültesi bünyesinde tamamlamıştır. Profesör akademik unvanına sahiptir.
