Doç. Dr. İsmail Ahmet Bilgin, İstanbul ili Sarıyer ilçesindeki Acıbadem Maslak Hastanesi bünyesinde görev yapan bir genel cerrahi uzmanıdır. Tıp eğitimini 2007 yılında Uludağ Üniversitesi bünyesinde tamamlamıştır. Uzmanlık eğitimini 2014 yılında İstanbul Üniversitesi Cerrahpaşa Tıp Fakültesi Genel Cerrahi bünyesinde tamamlamıştır. Doçent akademik unvanına sahiptir. Kayıtta belirtilen başlıca ilgi alanları Safra Kesesi Taşları ve İltihabı (Kolesistit), Gastroenteroloji ve Koloproktoloji Cerrahisi, Hemoroid ve Anorektal Hastalıklar Tedavisi, Özofagus Cerrahisi ve Gastrointestinal Onkoloji başlıklarıdır.
