Prof. Dr. Mehmet Bulut, İstanbul ili Bağcılar ilçesindeki Medipol Mega Üniversite Hastanesi bünyesinde görev yapan bir ortopedi ve travmatoloji uzmanıdır. Uzmanlık eğitimini 1991 yılında Fırat Üniversitesi, Tıp Fakültesi bünyesinde tamamlamıştır. Profesör akademik unvanına sahiptir.
